Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of SpaceLauncher, a macOS application made by Chen Guo. By downloading, installing, or using SpaceLauncher, you agree to these terms.

License

SpaceLauncher is licensed, not sold. You may install and use SpaceLauncher for your own personal or business use, subject to these terms and any license limits shown at checkout.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or use SpaceLauncher to build a competing product, except where allowed by applicable law.

Payments

New purchases are temporarily unavailable while the payment provider is being updated. When checkout is available, the price, taxes, renewal terms if any, and payment processor will be shown before purchase.

Orders may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant-of-record provider. That provider may collect payment, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and process refunds or chargebacks according to its buyer terms.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] for support.

Privacy and Permissions

SpaceLauncher needs macOS Accessibility permission to observe keyboard events and execute the actions you configure. SpaceLauncher processes keyboard events locally on your Mac. It is not spyware and is not a keylogger.

More details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SpaceLauncher for unlawful activity, to compromise another person's device or account, to collect data without consent, or to violate third-party rights.

Warranty Disclaimer

SpaceLauncher is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. I do not guarantee that SpaceLauncher will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chen Guo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of SpaceLauncher.
