New purchases are temporarily unavailable while the payment provider is being updated. This policy applies when sales resume.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SpaceLauncher, contact support within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the email address used for the order and any receipt or order ID you received.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected]. I aim to respond within 3 business days.
If your order was processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant-of-record provider, refunds are processed through that provider rather than by direct payment from me.
After a Refund
After a refund is approved, you must stop using the paid license. Refund timing depends on the payment method and payment provider.
